Personality Development

Introduction
Before 5-6 years ago, we all are known that there is no any term related to the personality development and soft skill development.
But due to change in the competitive environment, this change forces the person to grip these necessary changes .if we are going back, there is a need of a person who have great knowledge of the related aspect and no Infosys on their skills, but in these era with the introduction of the personality development and soft skill every person is try to adopt this...
Let take a brief look on the term “personality development” ….

Personality development is all about to change the one’s attitude to see the things... Every person has his own way to feel the things and to observe the thing in a very positive way. It listens to be very easy but actually not to be so.
If we LOOK it in a practical way, we cannot able to forget the person who has a very good attitude and the way to pretend and see the thing. We really very influence with that kind of the person…and not in front but we really feel “WHAT A ATTITUDE YAR”
In simple way, we can say that personality development means enhancing and grooming one’s outer and inner self to bring about a positive change in your life. Each individual has a distinct persona that can be developed, polished and refined. this process include boosting ones confidences ,improving communication and language speaking abilities ,widening ones scope of knowdge, developing certain hobbies or skills, grace to the way to looks, talks and walks and overall changing oneself with positivity. Liveliness and peace...
In simple words, we can say that personality development means to bring the positivity in the behavior
“There is a little difference in the people  but that little difference make a big difference , the little difference is attitude and a big difference is whether it is positive or not” . It is very important to make up of the thinking and imagination power. It really helps the person to improve himself very deeply.
In education level, we get the things only to increase the knowledge,
It is right,
However, it has no value, if we are not able to apply the knowledge.
Moreover, there is a need to get some specialty so that we can do work with and in good way.

                                  “PERSONALITY”………………….!!!!!
                                      WHAT COMES TO MIND?
                       Does personality means famous people….

“DEVELOPMENT……………..!!!!
WHAT COMES TO MIND?
Does development means physical growth….

, it is not so ……
Personality means an integrated organization of the physical, emotional, intellectual, social, psychological and spiritual characteristics of an individual.
Moreover, development is ongoing process skill attitude knowledge.

Personality is an important factor that enhances individual career. It covers the inner aspects of the individuals such as motivation, perception, feeling, reaction, attitude, value.etc…
Personality includes all “traits”
Here, I used the word “traits” which means consistent way of behaving in which people differ from one another.  Intelligence, aggressiveness, musical aptitude, honesty, seriousness and friendliness are all examples for “traits”. This called psychological feature…
I have some of the examples of different type of personalized person.
Generally, people have four types of personality.
  • Directness
  •  Extroversion
  •  Pace
  •  Structure
Directness: - the person having this kind of personality is
  • Outspoken and direct
  •  Good trouble shooters
  • Thrive on solving problem
  •  Hate anyone looking over their shoulder
  • Attack things aggressively.
Extroversion: - this kind of people is
  •  Enthusiastic and pleasant.
  • Versatile in any situations.
  • Get things accomplished through people.
  •  Like group discussion and encourage participated in decision making.
  • Concerned with how others respond to them.
Pace: - the person having this personality is
  •  Co-operative.
  • Love peace and harmony.
  •  Dependable and reliable.
  •  Good planners.
  •  Have good memory.
  •  Friendly and make great friends.
Structure
  •  Hate to make mistakes.
  • Well organized.
  • Have eye for details.

Every person has his or her own opinion and this reaction of the opinion makes a distinct (different) personality. In simple words, we can say that, personality development is an overall winning approach towards life. Here I want to draw your attention towards the personality development programs that helps the person to remove their unwanted habits and make the person confident...
Before the introduction of the personality development programs there was no requirement of these kinds of qualities in a person for seeking a job, but education alone was considered enough. Due to the changing environment and huge population there is a need to have mare effective people was realized and every industry or company looks forward to have readymade workers and officials. Therefore, there is a need to have personality development programs at college level to make the student versatile and confident.
Personality development also means enhancing and grooming one’s outer and inner self to bring about a positive change in one’s life. Each individual has a distinct persona that can be developed, polished and refined. This process include boosting one’s confidence, improving communication and language speaking abilities , increases one’s scope of knowledge .developing certain hobbies or skills grace to the way one looks, talks and walks and overall changing oneself with positivity ,liveliness and peace.
There is little difference in people but that little difference in people makes a big difference. The little difference is attitude and the big difference is whether it is positive or not…
Thus, I mean to say that personality is also including developing the attitude of the person. Attitude makes a very important part in one’s personality...
Let take one example of a positive attitude ….
There is a half glass of water in front of two people, one person see the glass and say “only half glass water” and the another person ask “waao half glass water”
This shows the two different attitude of the person, one is not satisfy with the half water and the other is happy with that…

Now we discuss the requirements towards the development of fine personality. There must be
  •  Clarity of goals and purpose in life.
  • Doing beyond expectation.
  •  Learning from failures.
  •  Initiatives.
  • Self discipline.
  •  Managing.
  •  Team work.
  • Heard work/ smart work.
  •  Positive attitude.
  • I can do insured of I cannot do.
  •  I choose to do instead of I have to do or I need to do.
  •  Instead of why me say try me.
This will only happen only if we make that happen goal in through starting point goal...
  •   Attitude towards failure and mistakes.
  •  Upholding the ideal once again even if a person failed a thousand times.
  •  We should learn from our mistakes and change our self.
  •  See to that mistakes are not repeat.
  •   Do not find fault with other for one own mistakes.
It is very easy to judge the mistake of others, difficult is to recognized our own mistake..
Thus we can say that to improve the attitude we must have improve the attitude towards mistake.
And mistake is painful when they happen, but year’s later collection of mistake is called experience, which leads to success. so there is a need to try adopt these essential habits.

Let, we go for soft skill
Soft skill refers t the cluster of personality traits, .social grace, facility with language, personal habits friendliness...
Soft skills are the technical requirements of a job..

Examples of soft skills – personal qualities, responsibility, self esteem, sociability, soft management, integrity, honesty.
Good soft skills are in fact scarce in the highly competitive corporate world will help you to “stand out” in a crowed of routine job seekers and mediocre skills and talent. If we are talk to the employer that what makes you stand out in the crowed?
The most common answer from an employer
  •  Positive ethic
  •  Good attitude
  •   Desire to learn and be trained. And good attitude
It is a behavioral skill which cannot be tought.however it can be developed through continuous training.
Following are the soft skills when the employers look for when looking for new employee:
These are:-
Courtesy (polite) considerate behavior good manners
Good attendance:-presence at event or institution report to work on a regular basis (every day).
Honesty:-moral uprightness the quality, condition, or characteristics of being fair, truthful and morally upright…
Eye contact: - the act of looking directly into the eyes of another person.
Flexibility: -to adapt a new situations and the ability according to circumstances.
Common sense: -good judgment: - sound practical judgment derived from “experience” rather than a study.
As we already discuss the hard skill i.e. technological work is required in vary old good time.
