Good soft skills are in fact scarce in the highly competitive corporate world will help you to “stand out” in a crowed of routine job seekers and mediocre skills and talent. If we are talk to the employer that what makes you stand out in the crowed?

It is a behavioral skill which cannot be tought.however it can be developed through continuous training.

I want to quote here the examples of today education system, which is the base that create the feelings of the positive attitude.. but the education we get are not acurate because most of the student studed the books which is of vary old edition .. they does not get any thing new……DON’T u think it is right…. As I explaned above that personality is not a artifical mask that improve our look. .. but it is the inner feeling of the person that actually help person to improve…
It is not necessary to join a personality development course; one can take a few tips and develop his or her own aura or charm.
You must have heard this a million times “think positive” and realy it works.
Always make more smile. It adds to your face value and to your personality as well
Read a few articals in the news paper loudly. This will help in communicating fluently.
Prepare a chart that mentioned your strength and weaknesses and concentrate on that try to improve upon the same. Do not forget to strengthen your strengths.
Spend some time alone concentrating on you and yourself alone.
Practice meditation and youga. It will definatly help you develop inner peace and harmony that will reflect outside.
